Our team facilitates multi-stakeholder public health planning to develop ideas and build consensus. We use modern communication and project management technologies to keep participants informed throughout a defined project process. Deliverables, tailored to client needs, include strategic plans, business plans, burden reports, grant proposals, sustainability plans and community health assessments.
Employing the CDC Evaluation Framework as our guide, we work with clients to develop evaluation questions and methods. Our designs aim to strike a balance between scientific rigor and resource constraints -- time, staff, and data availability.
Statistics is an essential tool in identifying and understanding effective and efficient approaches to prevention and treatment of disease. Our team works with clients to develop data collection tools (e.g., surveys, data tracking forms), databases, registries, and software applications.
